Email Warmup Tools

Quinset recommends Warmy

A firm favourite of ours, Warm is getting real traction with recruiters thanks to its B2B and B2C warmup, and some whopping numbers each day as well. Simple interface and dashboard and scaling pricing. It also has some lovely free tools without even signing up. Consider their B2C seed lists too. Epic for warming specific campaigns.

Quinset recommends Warmup Inbox

Epic 1,000 emails a day on the big boy package, with smaller options as well. You can add loads of mailboxes really easily and manage them in one place. Highly recommended. The only challenge is that they’re focused on B2B mailbox warmup, not B2C. Great for client outreach, less so for candidate. That said, warming up Google Workspace will help with Gmail reputation as well, just no miracles with Outlook.com, Hotmail, Yahoo or AOL.

Look at Mailreach for inbox warmup

The talk of the new and a relative newcomer to the market, Mailreach has got a great approach for B2B inbox warmup. Great free inbox placement testing tool to try before you buy!

Mailbox warmup from Folderly

A tidy way to see what’s holding your emails back and how to fix it. It checks your domain setup, mailbox health, and sending habits, then points to the stuff that’s quietly dragging you towards spam. Another great option if your focus is B2B.

Cold Email Outreach

Quinset recommends Apollo

Apollo shines when it comes to UK data, with users praising its accuracy and depth. However, worth noting that some recruiters complain that it isn’t quite as hot on US data. If your focus is heavily stateside, you might find it a bit hit-or-miss. But for UK-based recruiters, Apollo seems to be a solid choice for outreach.

Quinset recommends ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is a premium tool known for its deep US data and advanced features like company hierarchies and intent data. Compared to Apollo, ZoomInfo is pricier but ideal for teams prioritising the American market.

Visit the ZoomInfo website

Quinset recommends Sourcewhale

Unlike Apollo or ZoomInfo, it’s not a database but can be connected to other tools, and pull data from platforms like LinkedIn. It automates outreach so is great for streamlining workflows and saving time. Again, it doesn’t provide its own data, so you’ll need to pair it with other tools for comprehensive prospecting. Also, check out their new CRM feature!

Quinset recommends Cognism

Cognism offers strong GDPR-compliant contact information worldwide, making it a reliable choice for agencies operating internationally. It’s great for its accuracy and compliance features but tends to be pricier, so it’s better suited for teams with a larger budget and a need for global reach

Quinset recommends Kaspr

Kaspr is a powerful LinkedIn prospecting tool that helps users instantly grab verified contact details like emails and phone numbers, with a slick Chrome extension and CRM integration. Some people don’t like the credit-based pricing but it’s a game-changer for those who want more control over their spend.

Email Marketing

Quinset recommends Brevo

Previously known as SendInBlue, Brevo has a long history of being a powerful email marketing tool. Make sure you have contacts that have opted in for your email marketing! Like most email marketing tools, you’ll go on the naughty step if your bounce or spam reports are too high.

Quinset recommends Mailchimp

Who hasn’t heard of this cheeky monkey? Seen by some as a way of “getting started” with email marketing, it’s kept up with the competition, is stacked with great features and one of the easiest to use.

Visit the Mailchimp website

Quinset recommends ActiveCampaign

For a long time, this marketing agency’s secret weapon was for pros only but has been making itself more accessible and easy to use. Honestly, the interface can be sluggish but it makes up for it with its ability to handle some of the most complex email automations we’ve seen.

Quinset recommends Hubspot

Calling Hubspot an email marketing tool is like calling the channel tunnel an underpass. It’s an insanely large platform once you get into it, with capability galore. And prices to match. Some might say it’s more than they need and, for email marketing, they might be right. Great platform and not for feint hearted.

Quinset recommends Mailerlite

Simply, this is Mailchimp but cheaper. Capable and straightforward email marketing and automation tool that’s easy to use and can be mastered quickly too. Some fancy features are missing but it’s enough for most people.

Visit the Mailerlite website

Quinset recommends SendGrid

Let me be clear. This is not an email marketing tool. This is not an email automation tool. It’s a bulk email-sending platform designed to plug into other systems, like CRM, websites, and, well, email marketing tools!
